Converting existing single storey workshop into new double storey commercial kitchen building for a catering business.

New works include hot kitchen, preparation areas, dishwashing area, cool rooms, toilet amenities and loading bay on the ground floor; and cold kitchen, administration area and staff areas on the first floor.

The extensive use of internal glazed walls allowed visual connection between spaces to create a safe, comfortable and friendly working environment for the staff.
